  • Amazon Customer - It REALLY works for me

I have been using only Thermofit for 2 1/2 months and I have lost 18 pounds. At first I did have mild cramping and direhea but this only lasted for about three days. I have not changed my diet but I have noticed that my ability to eat large portions has deminished. I have not implemented any exercise other than normal everyday physical activity. For the past week I have weighed myself every morning and this week alone I have been losing 1/2 a day!! I can handle that!! Right now I am 218 pounds and my goal is 170. If things keep going in this direction I will surely reach my goal before the end of the year.

  • Babargreen - This stuff is expensive . . . . .

I am still using this product. I've had it about two weeks. I'm trying to use more natural products for hair and skin care. What I've noticed is that my hair is fuller as it's not "slicked down" with product that unbeknownst to me was sticking to my hair. Never realized it. My hair feels clean and soft, but a different kind of soft. When I shampoo with it now my hair sometimes "squeaks" -- now that's clean.

  • Booknutt - 5 STARS FOR MARRIAGE GAMES

I'm giving this book 5 strong, enthusiastic stars. It was one of thee most intense books I've read in a long time. I've been a huge fan of CDR's for a few years. She has a brilliant, creative, genius way of writing. She literally has you at the edge at all times. It's a thrilling, scary ride and it pulls you in and you never want to get off. Adam & Diana were phenomenal and I will wait with as much patience as I can tolerate for the next book to come out.

  • DaytonaDeb - Save Your Money...made me feel terrible

I just finished the 24 day challenge. Before I even started, I expressed concern about the Sucralose in the Spark drink and was told that the doctors on the Advocare board had done extensive research and would not recommend anything that is bad for you. Why I chose to use the product anyway is beyond me, as putting synthetic substances in my body is something I go out of my way to avoid... But the "results" looked so promising. During the 24 day challenge, I followed the plan to the letter and lost 4 lbs (and read everyday about others losing 10+ lbs - which I have decided is part of the hype).

  • Naomi Brunz - Best out there

Best thing I have ever tried and never going back. Lost 17 lbs in 6 weeks without working out. Re-trained my body and mind to eat whole foods and get rid of all cancer-causing crap that is so popular in America. The shakes taste great, and I always look forward to my afternoon Passion drink. There are no words for how awesome this is! And the negative reviews are all fake.

  • Sylviah M. - not a big fan

When i first got it i realized i got the wrong product, meant to get Blemish Control and tried to return it but Amazon let me keep it and just refunded me. Im not a fan of the strong smell it makes me scared to apply to my face but ive tried it once so far and it's really rough and gritty so i'll only use it once in a while.

  • Daisy70 - Great cycling computer!

A little sophisticated for my needs, as I am not on a cycling team nor do I race. I bike 21 miles every day for weight loss. Still, I love this little gadget. I've got a couple screens set up for distance, speed, time, time of day, temperature, battery, calories, and I'm sure I've missed a couple more. I upgraded from the 520, and I LOVE the touchscreen, it makes using it so much easier, even with gloves on. Have not used navigation yet nor live tracking but plan to do so in the very near future. It's nice that there is an accident alert feature as well. I have used the virtual partner a couple times, not to really race but to motivate me to keep my speed at a certain level or higher. I know I'm just using the "tip of the iceberg"...this has features I likely will never use. But the features I do use are AWESOME and keep my rides interesting. Well worth the money IMO (and first decided to buy one when my iPhone's gps app started using up most of my phone battery. Now I have plenty of battery life during my ride and don't have to mount my phone. The Garmin 820 tells me all I need to know).
