Recently diagnosed (relatively young) with osteoarthritis, I was feeling lost and hopeless. Reading this book was helpful in that I do now believe I can at least slow down the degeneration, and maybe actually recover some of the mobility! The book covers all facets of arthritis, from the causality, treatment, and practical specific advice on moving forward with your life.

Received crossbars 2 days after placing order and in perfect condition. Read some reviewers comments about stripped screws and not fitting properly. After installing I can not figure out why those comments were made. Easy installation as long as one reads and follows the directions, which are clearly diagrammed and understandable. No noticeable wind noise at normal driving speeds. Great looking crossbars and at a bargain price. One additional feature is when you hit the critical speed these crossbars are so aerodynamic they actually act as wings and lift the tires off the road; thereby reducing tire wear. :).

I have suffered from acne since I was a teenager, this product helped clean my moderate acne; however, it made my pores really big and dried my skin so much that little lines (like wrinkles) appeared all over my cheeks. My skin looks like aligator skin now. I bought the oil so I hidrate my skin with both the moisturizer and the oil, but my skin looks like that one of a 60 year old woman, and I am 30 years old. After four months of use, I discontinued the product and all my face was full of pimples, WORSE THAN EVER!! it has been really frustrating, and now I am using organic natural products, drinking a lot of water and eating at least 2 portions of fruit and 2 portions of vegetables every day (something I was not really good about before). My skin has improved but not completely. I ended up spending much more money in natural foundations to cover up my face. This product may work for some people and its worth trying it IF you have a really bad acne because it works but it has really bad side effects. Also, when you stop using it, your face may gets worse like mine did.

Looking forward to buying the rest of the series. It had action, character development, I mean you started to know the characters, like you had spent some time with them. The slow release of the backstory, or at least some if it, gave you insight into why they were the way they are. Just enough was withheld to keep you looking at what else was there. Well done.

This helmet is a great alternative for purposed Downhill longboarding helmets and at a fraction of the price. It's lightweight, durable and has a good amount of visibility, even in tuck. (if you remove the visor)
