I did extensive research on inositol before I began taking it - ran across several research studies on it's effectiveness for improving fertility in PCOS --- which I have without the insulin resistance (and I was not enthralled with the idea of increasing my chance of having twins by taking Metformin or the likes). I found that it was difficult for me to remember since it was a twice a day that I needed to mix into a drink (I generally either am drinking soda water or regular water from an enormous cup, making a powder supplement not as logical for me)... and in the end, I would have preferred several pills.

I was a firm beleiver that this would help me pass a drug test. I couldnt have been more wrong. I am a heavy daily smoker i stopped smoking thc 7 days prior to my teat, drank tons of water daily, excercised, and drank this detox about 4 hours before my test like people here suggest, urinated 3 times then took my test. I failed bad. One of the highest thc levels he had seen apparently. This did nothing. Spent $50 on this at gnc. Id recommend considering other options.

Was skeptical if the Hoover Linx Cordless Stick would work for a 3 story home with tile, hardwood and carpet....but, love it. Does the entire home in one charge, easy to clean and store. Highly recommend!

Last year, I bought Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 (I originally mis-typed 2010) from Amazon, and have been getting messages from the system to renew or upgrade. Kaspersky seems to work, although the updates can be tediously slow. But that's just the software end.
