Like most who purchased this product, it was my first espresso maker. And I found out quickly that hunting for these things can be overwhelming! I purchased it at my local Target for $79.99 for convenience in case I had to return it -- with all of the mixed reviews out there, I was incredibly weary of choosing one! However, I will most likely not need to do so. It is perfect for all of my needs!

Honestly, without a doubt the best hardwood floor cleaner we have used. When we purchased our house, its 100% hardwood floors so we were looking for something to restore the luster and this is the best of the roughly 8 products we have purchased over time.

My HP came with Norton antivirus trial, and I installed McAfee 2013, which seems to have worked. Norton still had residual components, but I can't recall whether this is due to Norton or McAfee removal processes. When I tried to update to McAfee 2014, I expected to simply enter in a new code-- maybe 5 minutes. Instead, the process turned in 70 minutes.
