Like others have said, this product has a thin, liquid consistency. I prefer it over cream primers as those tend to dry out after a while and they can be difficult to blend over the eye without getting a cakey spot. I love this primer and wear it even if I'm not wearing eye shadow, just to even out the color on my eyelids. My only complaint is that it comes in a tube that's not very well made. The tapered part of the tube keeps coming off in the lid. It's annoying, but not a deal breaker.
I've been using this product religiously for 7 months now. At first, I was VERY excited about the results. But reviewing this laser soon after purchase would be inaccurate at best. Here is why: You DO see great results after the first 2-3 treatments. Namely, not all the hair grows back. However, after 9-12 treatments, these results don't change drastically, and you will still have quite a bit of hair that requires shaving. In other words, you still must shave AS OFTEN as you did before, and it takes just as long as before to shave.
I have been playing this slot for years and for last 2 hit and miss on Kindle HD and iPhone. Every time I have logged in the last few weeks I am getting an upscale message on kindle. I hit OK and it takes me to the app store. I hit the buy button tells me I own it NO UPDATE DONE. Now I am getting NO,WIFI connection and I am connected. Getting very frustrated. Now I am getting the NO WIFI on iPhone. I am ready to Chuck this game into the recycle bin.

I appreciate Shanes work and strait forward writing. After reading his book, reading his cheat sheet, and new found curiosity for taking responsibility for my health care away from the damn doctors and into my own hands I am already beginning to feel the improvement. If your 50 and like many of us have been quietly coaxed into the big pharma cloud....you would be wise to at least read the book. You can always decide not to act. But I bet you will. Your choice.
