    Bait and Switch, The commercial looks like 99.99 for a cooktop and set of pans. and a free cooktop for your daughter, friend whatever, for just shipping. I got two cooktops. Period. I was charged 99.99 for 1 top plus 39.95 for shipping and 89.95 for shipping on the second cooktop, and NO cookware. Nada. When I called They said sorry but we can send you pans for 39.95, or you can return the cooktops at your expense and we will refund you 99.99. Like I said, bait and switch. If you want my xtra top let me know I will make you a deal.

  • Tara Beardsley - helmet

    The helmet is great, however, the visor was damaged with the paint all coming off of it, so I was quite disappointed. Amazon didn't have any more to replace it with, so I ended up having to buy a new visor from a different dealer.

  • Peter B. Drayson - Returned within an hour!

    I ordered this over the internet. Unpacked it, looked good. It says on the literature that they have Help Desk 9 AM - 9 PM, EST M - F, forget it; there is nobody there at 4 PM - 6:30 PM and they have changed it to 9 - 5 PM anyway; one thing when they sell you, another when you need help. Ssame old story - go to the website! Put in 7 business cards; did not catch the addresses in the fields; misfiled the phone numbers, often putting the last 4 digits of the number as an extension. Waste of time; do not order.

  • Peter - Stopped working in under 30 days.

    A friend of mine purchased this computer and I was in need of a new one and he said it was great. I ordered it right away from Amazon. It arrived, I set it up and it worked fantastic. A few days later my friend tells me his stopped working. Not a good sign. Well mine worked perfectly for about 4 weeks and yesterday glitched out and no longer works. I called ASUS technical support and they were very very very sub-par. No help at all. My choices ship it back to them at my expense and they would repair it and return it to me. Thank goodness Amazon is so great and have a good return policy, because ASUS does not. I will continue my voracious shopping on Amazon but have purchased my last ASUS product.

    My one year old is getting into books quite a's nice to have books on the go for him to glance at! Not a fan of showing him a screen a lot but this book is good because the pictures are plain and clear! :) great comparison reading
