I purchased 2 of these for the main living area of my home. I have 2 cats, 1 who had been exhibiting behavioral issues as my son has grown into toddler hood. We've taken a lot of measures to make sure that he is a happy and well cared for kitty, but he still acts out quite a bit and I'd read a lot of great reviews on this diffuser. I ordered the diffuser and the calming collars. These diffusers have had no effect on my cats. My trouble kitty is still clawing the chairs, maybe even more so than before. I don't necessarily think it's a poor product, but it did nothing for us here and after what we'd spend on them it was pretty dissapointing.

What can I say about this cheap socket set? It serves the purpose for which I purchased it. It is a light duty set that can handle most of the jobs for which I wanted it. It is great to keep in the car for emergencies.

The first shipment I received stated soy-free on the packaging but soon after subsequent shipments I received stated on the packaging that it contained soy. I'm allergic so I had to stop taking it before I could determine if it was effective. I would try it again if it was a soy-free formula.

I've taken the 15/6 rule and run with it. I haven't bothered using the recipes or swaps suggested although I think those are probably good for people who don't really cook. I like to cook and I'm also good with tracking what I eat. I've created my own meals based on reading nutritional labels and track everything on Sparkpeople and the worksheet provided in the book.

Previous editions had puzzles and other things on the back. Disappointed that with the conversion to kindle that was dropped from both editions,but still enjoy the cartoons
