I am not one to write product reviews EVER, but figured I should write one for this. I needed a boost to loose a few extra pounds before I went on vacation. A friend of mine is a distributor who swore by these products, told me she lost 10lbs just by taking the pills without working out at all but with clean diet. I cut out all refined sugar, bad carbs, and alcohol from my diet for 3 weeks already and work out 4x a week. Yet my weight has stayed exactly the same. Don't waste your money on this, I wish I wasn't suckered into the whole royalty program, now I'm stocked for another two months on pills I will not take.
