I purchased my Casper through their website directly. After sleeping on it for 6 weeks or so I felt I had had enough time to go through the 'adjustment' phase but was still experiencing a lot of tossing and turning. (Along with my dog, who couldn't seem to sleep through the night either.) In addition I would wake up some numbness in my arms and hands several times a night, I think due to the firmness of the mattress. I called Casper and they suggested the pillow topper for a softer feel. They sent this to me for the cost of shipping and offered to extend the trial period by one month as well. The difference with the topper is night and day for me. I also felt that I was sleeping 'hot' but after reading some other reviews, tried removing the mattress pad and haven't had any further problems. (Some mattress pads block any breathability and contribute, at least in my case, to being way to warm.) The mattress with the topper is unbelievably comfortable and sleeps somewhat closer to a coil spring mattress if that's the feel you're looking for. The customer service is incredible as well as the price.

I had concerns about shipping a gallon of liquid, but it was adequately packaged and it arrived with no problems. The shipping is pricey, so be sure you're comparing the total prices when comparing with other websites.

I was given one as a gift for my boat. It kept the ice cold and I loved it. Within three weeks the zipper broke. I thought it may be a fluke and purchased one myself BUT the zipper soon broke on that one too! Cheaply made. I purchased a Polar Bear soft cooler FANTASTIC , costs a lot more but well worth it.

this product cleans all the dirt grease and oil off my skin. it makes my face have a glo to it. i love it and i do stock up on these product. it works well even with the vita gel. no grease no mess. I dont break out with these products. its perfect if u have very sentitive skin.

If you are upset that Microsoft changed Word considerably in 2007 and want someone to commiserate, you'll love this book. If you want to go back 20 years when word processing was accomplished with hundreds of mind-numbing key shortcuts, you'll think this is a great book. But if you really want to learn the new Word 2010 paradigms, look for a different book. Take out all the references to keyboard short-cuts and the quick access toolbar (QAT) and this book is 30% smaller.
