My left knee has been hurting me for the past year or so whenever I do high impact sports or workouts. I'm a 27 year-old female and am very active and in good shape. But that dang knee just gives me trouble. So I snagged this knee brace when I found a promotion going on for it and could get it at a discount. It's not the absolute best brace I've ever worn, but it isn't awful. It was uncomfortably tight for the first little while I wore it, and I almost took it off. But after working out for a bit, it stretched and loosened up and wasn't super uncomfortable anymore. I'm going to wear it the next few times I exercise to see how it does and can update this after those workouts.

This product has helped me immensely. It really hasn't helped my weight as I was told it would, but has helped me in other ways such as hot flashes, and hormone imbalances. The only thing is, I had to double the dose. I had read on the internet that sometimes the dosage would not be enough, so I did double up and now it works great.

This book is an easy read. I read it in one weekend. Interesting perspecive for anyone in business and a great followup to Build to Last.Another book I highly recommend for anyone in business is Customers come Second, Employees comes first" a philosophy that I have alwys implemented in my business.

After developing rheumatoid arthritis I was desperate to find a plausible alternative to debilitating drugs which destroyed my digestive system. B.E.D. has been my bible, recommended by another person who went down a similar path to me and is a glowing picture of health. I am practically off drugs, and base the B. E. D. on other common sense research. Now I shudder when I realize the suffering due to ignorance regarding the health of the human being, and the beautiful, poor planet earth we have as our home. Everyone should read and understand B. E. D. !!!!

Strictly for political junkies to learn of the behind-the-scenes scenarios before the election. An interesting and informative book by one of my favorite commentators, Dan Balz.

This is a good product where there is an existing finish that needs help as it is largely spreading the existing finish along with some added dye. Be sure to thoroughly clean the existing finish before applying or you'll just be spreading the dirt around. If after cleaning, you find that the finish is worn through in places, there are other products that are better for that and still don't require fully stripping.
