Im not a huge fan of artificial sweeteners so i have to mix it with fruit punch gatorade to cut the flavor. My supply has increased and Im not 100% sure if it is because of the supplement but i probably will continue to order it.

If you have a hard time going to sleep at night I would start with only one pill until you can handle both. Otherwise this is a great replacement for soda and energy drinks and even coffee.
