After being plugged in for about an hour the device started smoking and set off the smoke alarm. I was lucky to be home at the time so I was able to unplug it before anything more serious occurred. If you do get this product I would recommend unplugging it when you are not home.

This is one of my favorite Amazon/Patagonia purchases so far. It's light weight and tailored to fit a womans body. I used to wear a cashmere sweater to keep away the chill at home or office. Now, it's my down sweater. I'm skiing the Alps this month and it will surely be on the plane with me and my backpack for back country warmth in the huts! Also, do to it's compact ability, it fits into a tiny stuff sack for easy storage. I'm beyond thrilled with my purchase!

This is my third bottle and will reorder another this week. When I stopped using it for 2 weeks, I noticed that my hair was falling out as usual. While using hair Essentials, I noticed that few hairs were in my brush, comb, and shower. My hair is fuller, I will continue to use.

I used this product for 3 months. (Nectifirm is better!). I didn't notice any improvement in the crinkles and saggy skin on my neck. It has a disturbing smell that I eventually got used to. When I called to cancel my autoship they informed me I still owed them another monthly payment of $52.95 and that the order I received 2 months ago was a 3 month supply at 3 charges of $52.95. This wasn't made clear when I first ordered so just beware!

My software problem was the Amazon downloader. Had to uninstal and reload, thanks to Amazon tech. However, could not load my Turbo Tax PDF from 2013 because TaxAct site was down for maintenance? So far able to start my return, waiting for more tax information. This has to be better than Turbo Tax that snookered all their customers. I'll update later this month. Next challenge may be brokerage account loading.

We purchased the Leap Pad for our three and a half year old granddaughter prior to going on a 2 week vacation with her where we would be driving a good portion of the time. When the ride was not interesting to her or when she had exhausted all other forms of entertainment she would get out her Leap Pad and and go through the various apps we had loaded prior to leaving. The mixture of educational and play time apps kept her attention for hours and it did not keep her so deeply in tranced that she could not still keep an eye on what was going by if it was interesting. Quite possibly the best combination educational tool / toy we have purchased for her. I don't think the trip would have been as enjoyable for her had we not had the Leap Pad. I highly recommend this product.

Unlike other whitening systems, this product does not make my teeth sensitive to hot and cold. My teeth were not very stained to begin with so I chose only this system minus the complementary "prep" products. It has a great flavor and does not require any extra steps outside of my normal brush and floss routine.
