I got this iron for my birthday on April (it was not purchased on Amazon). I tried it once, was a little frustrated because it was weird to use. I tried it again in June and had better results. I kept working with it, and now it is my favorite hair tool. Once you learn how to use it it is super easy, and give me great curls . I get compliments all the time on my hair. I would recommend this product.

its another virus scan kind of a pain to download to a tablet .prepare to call customer service allot and I mean allot I whish there was a easier way of installing this product like a disk would be nice of the internet makes no sense .if your looking for a product to install with no Hassel this is not it .

It has been weeks now and I can't say I have noticed much difference. Will stick with my old faithful. Just too costly for nothing.
