Everything came as it said that it would, with the exception of the instructions. You have to go online to get them but programming took less than a minute.

Do NOT buy, these are FAKE. I wish I had noticed the other reviews or that these were being shipped from China (which I did not know until I saw the shipping details). I just went to a sporting goods store and picked up 2 'real' Yetis. The ones I received from OuSiMan do not compare in terms of performance. They look pretty good to the eye, but when you put ice in them, you notice they in no way are real Yetis. The tumbler becomes cold to the touch on the outside and is almost starting to sweat. A real Yeti does not. After only 2 hours, you can see the ice in the fake one is beginning to melt where in the real one they look as they did from the onset. You can tell the fake is not holding in the cold just by the way it feels on the outside. Sadly, these fakes are so well done it really is hard to tell until you put it to the test. BUYER BEWARE!

The actual product itself gets 5 stars from me!! I buy a ton of things on amazon and I always read reviews first, even on items ive already used. 11 % of the buyers for this product thInk theyve been dooped and that it's a knock off. 11 % is too high for me. Just buy it on Birchbox. It is more expensive, but it's also worth the bigger price. I just couldn't risk possibly buying a fake product on amazon when I absolutely loved the real thing. This stuff smells sooo good, and out of the hundreds of products I've tried on my hair, this is definitely in my top 5. I have med length, dark brown, shoulder length, wavy hair that I blow dry, curl, or straighten 4 to 6 times a week. This stuff worked miracles on my hair . It leaves it soft, Shiney and easily managed to freely style as I please without worrying about causing a ton of damage

Superior customer service!!! I originally wrote a poor review because my solar panels appeared to have permanent scuff marks, which I was unable to clean with a dry cloth. My assumption was, and remains, that it was a return item re-sold to me. Goal Zero reached out to me quickly and sent a replacement (which was the newer version). For some reason, I tried cleaning with a wet rag after the replacement arrived. Now I feel terrible for not trying that in the first place, because it worked for most of the scuff marks.

I bought this edition of the game at the gold edition price. But I'm playing standard. There was no code to put in. Checked every where. Big price difference between standard and gold edition.
