TNKase® Acute Myocardial Infarction Treatment - Learn more about single-bolus TNKase® (tenecteplase) acute myocardial infarction treatment and the 5-second TNKase® dosing and administration. Indication For use in mortality reduction associated with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Treatment should be initiated as soon as possible after the onset of AMI symptoms. Important Safety Information TNKase therapy in patients with acute myocardial infarction is contraindicated in the following certain situations (eg, active internal bleeding, history of cerebrovascular accident, known bleeding diathesis, severe uncontrolled hypertension) because of an increased risk of bleeding [See CONTRAINDICATIONS in full prescribing information]. The most common complication encountered during TNKase therapy is bleeding. Should serious bleeding (not controlled by local pressure) occur, any concomitant heparin or antiplatelet agents should be discontinued immediately. In certain conditions (eg, recent major surgery, cerebrovascular disease, hypertension) the risk of TNKase therapy may be increased and should be weighed against the anticipated benefits. [See WARNINGS in full prescribing information]. Cholesterol embolism has been reported rarely in patients treated with all types of thrombolytic agents; the true incidence is unknown. Coronary thrombolysis may result in arrhythmias associated with reperfusion. It is recommended that anti-arrhythmic therapy for bradycardia and/or ventricular irritability be available when TNKase is administered. Please see full Prescribing Information for additional important safety information.

  • Todd R. Adams - Great little Unit

This is a great little unit for the price. Not made to last the test of time, but should make it through a season or two. Entirely made of plastic, (including the internal parts and mechanisms,) so eventually one of these pieces will break and it will need to be trashed. The unit needs to be plugged in, but does have a battery section to receive a battery(s) (NOT INCLUDED) for portable use. No idea how long the unit will last with batteries...yet.

  • Dolly B. - but they all fit comfortably. Has remained dry during rainstorms and has help ...

It took some time for our dogs to get used to this house because of the plastic flaps so we removed one, and took away their other houses, and all 5 of them fit in this house. Our dogs range in sizes/weights from about 7 lbs. to 15 lbs. so they're fairly smaller dogs, but they all fit comfortably. Has remained dry during rainstorms and has help up well in high winds. Directions are a little confusing but my teenage son and I were able to set it up in under 20 minutes.

  • Amazon Customer - Fantastic!

Received this product yesterday, it's fantastic! Charge my Samsung Galaxy edge plus phone with quick charge!! Small size and therefore easy to transport everywhere.

  • Zion - Very poor product, Has a funny smell and barely removes ...

Very poor product , Has a funny smell and barely removes hair ! It thins the hair but doesnt remove it . I would say this product would be fiting for cauasian men or men with similar hair type , This product is not for men of african descent with coarse or rough hair !!!!

  • Kimberly - Best Reviewed Chair, great purchase!

In my opinion this was the best product to purchase for a "portable" highchair. It has the best overall reviews. Also is harder to find as a resale. I guess everyone is keeping theirs :) I've had it for a short period of time and not only is it used full time in my small apartment but we have already taken it to 4 places and this chair fit all the tables! Very secure, not going anywhere. I haven't had to yet wash it. Anything that has fallen on it washes right off instantly. Wish I had this with my first :)

  • Natasha M. Vasilopoulos - Good stuff

I really like this detangler. Although the bottle shape is difficult to use. It does not leave my daughters curly hair with residue, which I though it would.
