i decided to go ahead and post a review of this product. I got this in an amazon lightening deal. This thing won't even power on. i followed the instructions to charge the battery for days at different light sockets. I called technical support, they aren't available on saturdays. i might have maybe two hours available during the week to troubleshoot this thing.

I have a beauty salon, I did not like this item because it said soft and smooth and it was the opposite it made the hair feel tough and stiff. did not like it at all.

Started taking this to add into existing mineral regimen to help reverse osteoporosis. I have come from the "high risk range" to "normal risk" for my age according dexascan, which is great improvement for me. Minerals are leached from bones as we age the more acidic our body becomes, to maintain delicate ph balance of our blood. While it seems to have improved neck & back issues, it surprisingly improved the sensitive subject of "dare I say" hemorrhoids, a private issue one does not usually discuss to anyone in private or public. Collagen maintains strength & flexibility throughout the body, within the skin, bone & connective tissue. I agree with published medical information about collagen 100%. It has worked well in improving my body's connective tissue, if it improves my skin and hair as well those will be an added bonus. I recommend it 1000%😍

Size and asthetics of the product are great. I checked the temperature and humidity with other calibrated devices and found the temperature to be within 1 degree but the humidity gauge read on the high side between 12 and 14% too high. Called the Chaney 800 number to let them know and they are sending out a new unit free of charge. Their customer service is great - hope the unit they are sending is more accurate than the original one I received.
