I ordered this book,because I plan to take the test for Pharmacy Tech. I dont want to go to school for it, because it costs a TON of money. I currently process pharmacy claims, so Im familiar with some of the rules and terminology. This is a good sized book, and it says it has a guarantee. I havent taken the practice tests, because Im just starting, but I think this is going to be a great resource. It has lots of charts, and information, as well as a lot of practice questions. There is an answer key in the back. The only thing I wish it had, was visuals showing how they got the answer.

I've been using Smartdraw since 2012 and love it. Prior to that I'd used Graphics Designer and similar software packages and find that Smartdraw is by far user friendly with features that can be self-learned on the fly. I mainly use it for engineering work, schematics, component diagrams, layouts, and illustrations for presentations. Smartdraw accepts imported pictures and graphics to be included in a drawing which greatly facilitates its usefullness. Plus, drawings can be exported as any of the most popular formats such as .jpg, .tiff, etc. The new licensing option works great for me because when I travel I have Smartdraw on my laptop ready to go.
