In the winter months I tend to use a lot of vapor rub. I seen this and wanted to try. Much larger than I expected which is a plus. Helps with my chest congestion and is used often by my children.

I received a free sample of this from Smiley360, and I couldn't be happier! They are tasty, it's super easy to remember to take them since I keep the bottle at work (though weekends sometimes get skipped if I leave the bottle there, oops), and I have noticed that my hair is shinier and more manageable. My nails and skin have not improved, but I assume it takes times. Regardless, it is great not to have to swallow capsules, since I have enough normal medications to take every morning, and now I wish actual gummy candy tasted this good and had the same texture. I'm terrible even at remembering to take my regular medications, and vitamins are important. I plan on looking into the rest of their vitamin line as well.

Nails are hard on blade. Doesn't take much to screw the blade up. Other then that makes ugly wood beautiful again.

They claim that this stuff helps with weight loss arthrtis and so many other health benefits. It is just a hoax didn't do anything for me but make me gag on the taste.

I've had stress related digestive issues for quite some time. After trying all sort of products (Acacia fibre, peppermint capsules, fennel seeds, activated charcoal, other probiotics), this Bifidobacterium infantis is by far the most effective supplement. It actually makes my digestive system more responsive to the soothing qualities of fennel and peppermint. It won't prevent any acute attacks, especially those related to sudden severe anxiety, but it will regulate your system and make life a lot easier to deal with. I highly recommend you give this a chance. I'm not sure if I'd go as far to call it life-changing but it's helped an incredible amount and I wouldn't go without it.

Just a couple of tips to get the most out of your earthing mat. Preferably connect your mat to a grounding rod outside, as opposed to connecting it into the ground on an electrical outlet. (grounding to the earth works, and feels best) Also, remove the cloth cover that comes with the mat. I took voltmeter readings of my body with and without the cover on; and there was a significant difference in the amount of voltage reduction when the cover was off.
