This is good. It has 42 hours of videos. But that's all it is. I bought this to supplement the training from Professor Teaches, which has simulations of the programs so you get hands-on practice. I find I need to learn Excel. So I have bought a few items to make sure I have it covered.

heidi - Utter stupidity

I am giving this seat a 2 and not a 5 because of the utter stupidity of the company of putting two gigantic warning patches on each side of where the baby's head is. So, instead of the soft grey fabric you see in the photo, you have two large (about 6 in by 3 in) ugly uncomfortable (I imagine) patches next to each of the baby's cheeks. Seriously, of all the places where Baby Jogger could have put these patches, why did they choose there? Plus, forget about taking any cute pics of your baby in the car seat... Frustrated as I have just spent the last 90 mins removing just one patch stitch by stitch as it is very securely sewed in. And the fabric is now full of the marks from the seams so now it just looks damaged. :(

Magenta - Ask your vet for advice b4 using!!

The calming shampoo is a miracle product !!!!. I can't say the same about the mousse. By 2 days my poor cat was ripping her fur out ,but my vet raves about the product for her pets. U must decide for yourself!!

Barb C - I love Flexitol Heel Balm

I love Flexitol Heel Balm. It is the best product I've found in my 60 years of trying different heel products. In the winter, if I don't use it, my heels will crack/ split open. Those splits are very painful when walking. Flexitol Heel Balm will soften the tough calloused skin and heal up the split quickly. I also use it on my fingers. I am a nurse and wash my hands A LOT! I'll often develop a split on my finger tip hear at the side of the nail. I apply the Flexitol to my hands and the split on my finger at night and when I can durning the day. It helps heal the split on my finger tips and helps my hands recover from so much hand washing.

Allison O'Dell - Key cannot be programmed

Here's what happened: I needed to make a duplicate key for my 2010 Nissan Altima, so I ordered this virgin key. It looked exactly like the key I had, and I went ahead and got the mechanical key cut at a locksmith for about $10. When I went to the Nissan dealership to program it, they told me that there was no computer chip in the key, and they couldn't program it. They gave me a discount and only charged me $30 for a new key, plus about $90 to program it. I still have the mechanical part of the key just as an extra spare, but the remote is useless and was thrown away.
