I've had low back pain for more than 20 years. I see a chiropractor on a monthly basis which generally keeps my lower back in line. Additionally I religiously do back stretches every morning. I decided to see if I could get some additional benefit with Back 2 Life. I've been using it for over a month now. My back pain has increased significantly and I will no longer use it. In addition, twice I came away with excruciating lower back pain after using it and could barely stand up straight afterwards. I never have this problem when doing my back stretching exercises in the morning.
The quality of the case is very nice and it holds 2 credit cards and and ID without issue. The stand is really nice too. It loses 2 stars because it is quite bulky.
Initially, I started on the first board with simple puzzles. I quickly realized that solving the boards is like eating popcorn (or candy corn). This is a game I can lose myself in, but I'm not totally sure that's a good thing - I do have things I need to do! I did start playing the daily puzzle, and have been able to successfully solve all those puzzles so far. So when I make it through the daily puzzles, I put the game down. If I meet my other goals I get to play more. So in case you haven't already guessed: I'm really enjoying this game and the lovely instant gratification of the check mark or star - and I do appreciate the star.
I got these because they were dixie, we normally buy this bulk pack from costco but i was putting together subscribe and save items and this was an option so I went this direction.
The product did absolutely nothing for me after I tried it. Ever, ever, ever-so-slightly softened skin, but certainly not even as nice an effect as an olive oil-and-sugar exfoliation. Their customer service rep said in takes two to three months for some folks to get the effect, and the time nor money is worth the investment for me.
Worked great! A downstairs bedroom was starting to smell like a basement a bit and is the farthest room from the big dehumidifier we have down there. I put this in the room and the next day it smelled better. I could not believe the difference in a day and I will buy another when that one needs replacing. The carpet felt somewhat damp and the difference was amazing.
