The first I used this product was Dec.2005. My daughter was over and I was complaining about a scratchy and sore throat. Said here Mom take 2 table spoons of this and you will feel better. What an unpleasant taste it had. But at that point I would try anything. To my amazement the next morning I was somewhat better. So I continued to use it. taking it in the morning and around 5 in the evening.Now I was an avid taker of sinus medications had a real bad case of Allergy's.After about 4 month I was cleaning out my purse one day and notice that It was past the time to refill a nasal sprays that I also used. To my amazement it had been 8wk since. I went to the doctors to get a check up and get the medications refilled. After all my test were done my allergy were under control, my blood pressure was down and my high cholesterial was down too. After 7 year I continue to take Black Seed Oil because it works for me and I can tell the difference in my sinus when I don't.

This is my second set of T-Fal cookware. The first lasted a long time (15 - 20 years?). I enjoyed cooking with them so much that I bought this new set, hoping that they would at least cook as well. Upgrades like clear lids make using them even more enjoyable!

Each time I bought The Best American Short Stories collections (this and O Henry), I was amazed how weak and un-engaging they were. Usually, there are only just 2-3 good stories, no great stories, never any thought-provoking ones, and the stories by the most well-known writers are typically an embarrassment. Not worth a buy! This time, I glanced at this collection after borrowing it from NYPL (I'd learned that spending hard cash on this collection is a risky proposition) only because of the huge respect I have for the author Jennifer Eagan; yet, like always, the book didn't excite me.

This came highly recommended by a co-worker. She said it really helped her knee pain. So I quickly bought some for my shoulder pain, I may as well have rubbed cold cream on my shoulder for all the relief I got. Since my co-worker says it works for her, it must work for some but not all.

Read negative reviews about needing fasteners you needed to order separate......I fail to see anything extra being needed. Installed in a quick 5 minutes a side with NO issues whatsoever with included screws. Very impressed by quality and again everything included to do it quick and painlessly!
