This is my third bottle I'm taking and it suppresses my appetite. I got this for my husband because it does suppress your cravings for junk food and it really makes you full fast. I have to take it with a meal because it is so strong and my husband is willing to try it because I have lost 5 pounds in two weeks. This product is so awsome. I am only sorry that I came to these marvelous essays so late! I am a reader of literary fiction and memoirs almost exclusively so what a surprise it was to find such fascinating, well written essays in these collections. Who knows what one might be interested in until you start to read about it. An excellent writer can make you interested in just about anything and this is what happens in this volume and others like it.

I just received the meal replacement - protein shake in the mail yesterday. I have had two shakes already. I will follow up on results later on in the month as far as weight control/weight loss, but for now I can say that it pretty much tastes like dried milk & it does fill you up for a bit, especially due to the amount of water (8oz) & ice cubes (about 8) the directions call for.
