I got this NCLEX-PN book to study for my upcoming NCSBN tests/nursing boards. This NCLEX PN review taught me some good strategies, helped me practice and review. Their answer rationales showed me how to apply nursing practices to exam questions. I also used Teaching Solutions NCLEX-PN review which also helped me "think like a nurse" and improve my score. I also used the Saunders manual in my test prep.
I tried different kind of probiotics, but this one is the best. If you have problems with candida especially, this is definitely what you need. All probiotics are made of a blend of different bacteria that are capable of restoring balance in your GI track, establishing a good pH and competing with other kind of bacteria and yeasts. The first time I tried, I felt incredibly tired for a few days. If that happens to you, it is a good sign: it is called the die off phase, it means it's working. The yeast in you GI are dying and they release toxic substances that make you feel sick. For that reason, you might want to start taking it on a Friday, so you can get some rest at the weekend. After this initial discomfort, I felt the way I wanted to feel for years: full of energy, able to wake up easily in the morning. I hope it does the same for you.

I got this for my daughter and she loves it. She still has the occasional breakout--but otherwise, she looks like someone that doesn't suffer from acne at all--which was not the case before she tried this. This product works better than Proactive and better than either regimen that two different doctors prescribed--and it's much less expensive than what the doctors recommended. I would tell ANYONE that has acne issues to give these products a try. I wish that it had been around when I was younger and suffering from acne myself--it would have saved me a lot of scars, and I'm happy that my beautiful daughter won't have that happen to her.
