unlike most people who dont know what theyre doing, i use mine AFTER a workout. i go to the gym and do my strength and conditioning/cardio and come home and wear it. its not going to give you six pack abs if you dont work out, but it will help tear the muscle tissues even more if youve already done some abdominal workouts. dont expect to become skinny by using this, you will have to also diet and exercise. i dont have a six pack but i can see and feel my abs working when i wear this. its great for those hard to work lower abs.

I haven't played this ball in about 2 years, as my score has dropped into the 70s and I get pro-v1s. But if I had to pay for my own balls I'd still probably buy warbirds. They are LONG off the tee, and have good greenside control. Overall these balls are awesome.

I had to toss it since the serum burned my eyes twice (badly). I used Latisse before and Latisse never burned my eyes.

In a fit of stupidity I bought this thinking it might do something. It doesn't. The unit lights up but when you try to raise the intensity it shuts down again. I tried replacing the battery, repositioning it, etc. but nothing worked. This is a cheap, poorly made product.
