One reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is: other than points of interests there is little change from previous version 2010. Second reason is routes will not transfer to my Garmin GPS. I still find this map program the easiest to use and best all around available for trip planning and the price is far.

Got two (1st different brand but it's the SAME thing inside), both failed the same way - after power up they make some sound that looks like failure. Like "unsuccessful pairing" but rather quickly - before the pairing could even start. Then, this AUKEY stopped powering up after two months. First one was ok for much longer but it was a hit ot miss on power up.

The C-Max has a huge front window that my old shade wouldn't come close to fitting. This shade fits perfectly and helps a lot. But, like many of the other purchasers, I agree that it is big and bulky - but the window it big so what do you do? Deal with it. This product is a perfectly fine product and has quality - it isn't their fault that the C-Max front window is huge and needs a big shade.

My grandmother's computer had to be restored to a previous save point, and after that I could not get this program working or reinstalled. FTM customer service was useless. Ended up being very buggy and my grandmother now cannot use it. It turned out to be a waste of my money and a disappointment to my grandmother.
