Dispite what a few people seem to be saying this album ROCKS. I had trouble falling asleep after finishing the record because the tunes would not leave my head. From the opening and highlight track, Diamond Heart, to the beautiful stinging Angel Down, Joanne is Gaga's most complete effort yet. If you aren't already Mother Monster's biggest fan, this album will win you over and have you Come to Mama!

I started the 24 day challenge 10 days ago this past Sunday. I completed the cleanse phase and Sunday was my first day on the max phase using MNS 3. I am not much for caffeine and usually only drink water so I drink spark at 1/2 the recommended amount. 1/2 scoop to 1 bottle of water. According to plan, you drink spark 30 minutes before breakfast and take the 1st yellow packet of supplements.

I was first on Latisse, which I was able to purchase at wholesale price but to me was still expensive! I decided to give Idol Lash a shot and glad I did, it does a wonderful if not better job for me than the Latisse at half the cost.
