We gave 4 stars as it took multiple applications to fully remove the cat urine odor in our area rug, however it was definitely worth it as it saved a fairly new $500 rug. There was one additional instance of one of our cats urinating on the rug again, so we worried the chemicals in out that were supposed to act as a deterrent weren't working. However after cleaning the last mess, there have been no more incidents. Yay!

The phone that was sold to me as unlocked is asking for a network unlock code.... this is BS, the phone is not actually unlocked. Wireless Everything is not telling the truth about this. If I don't receive any contact I can only conclude that I was taken to the cleaners and my money is down the rat hole.

When I was 29 I experienced a severe back injury after being hit by a drunk driver. At the time I was a competitive powerlifter which ultimately may have saved my life due to the physical condition of my body. By the time I was in my 50s I was experiencing joint pain due to arthritis and taking medication for relief. I tried this product for 6 months and I can tell you this... not only did it do NOTHING to relieve my pain, when I tried to cancel my order (they don't tell you on the commercial that you have to agree to a standing, repeating order that is charged to your credit card) I was told I first needed to pay $40!!! This is a scam and is just one more product designed to feed off the growing population of people reaching their later years who are experiencing the health problems related to aging. SAVE YOUR MONEY and use a proven product that reduces the tissue in the joints - ALFALFA. I began taking it after attending a nutrition seminar, and I wish I could somehow convince all of you of the benefits I've received. Drugs do nothing to address the issue causing the pain - they only mask the pain. ALFALFA addresses the problem by lubricating the joint tissue. PLEASE look into trying Alfalfa (see additional response below).

I works good, I just wish that the diffuser was more powerful. The air just seems to hang around the unit. Works good in a small room with an overhead fan going to help disperse the aroma. Love the lights and the different settings.

Everybody who has worked with Gorilla Glue before knows that the product keeps what it promises. It is very messy as it foams out a lot but I used razor blades to cut off the overhanging glue and now my project looks great!

Previous to this shampoo I used a shampoo that sometimes did not produced any suds. The shampoo was not a "no poo" shampoo, and I don't think there was anything wrong with it. I believe it was because of all the "stuff" I had on my hair and in my scalp. So, I expected the feel of this "No Poo" to be what I felt when I didn't get suds from the other shampoo. It was not the case at all! I am not reviewing the quality of this shampoo over another, although I do like it. I am reviewing that I love the feel. It was not at all what I expected no poo to be like. It is so creamy and it feels so nice to be swirling this cream in my hair.

Here is the email that I sent to them about the manufacture's defect with the grill. It has been a couple of weeks and still no response. I even tried calling customer service and had an angry lady named Joy calling me a liar. Please read the email below before you purchase anything from them.
